**Personal Insurance Broker**

**Position Overview**

The Personal Insurance Broker account executive will be responsible for providing front-line sales and customer service, to customers in person, online and via the telephone to assess and fulfill their insurance needs.

Paul Ayotte Insurance Brokers Ltd is a family owned independent general insurance brokerage with 5 offices in Northern Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze client specific risk exposure and make appropriate coverage recommendations. Take a proactive and solutions oriented
- approach to customer risk management.
- Quote and write new business for new and existing clients, while maintaining service levels for an existing book of business
- Review renewals/endorsements for accuracy
- Up sell/Cross Sell existing clients
- Submit & Follow up on claims
- Have overall responsibility for account management and retention of an assigned book of business that includes and is not limited to renewal reviews and prompt response to service requests.
- Deliver superior customer service while adhering to high professional standards and workflows as set out by Paul Ayotte Insurance Brokers Ltd.
- Keep up to date on company partner products, offerings, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to work effectively for issue resolution or service enhancement opportunities that support and grow the existing personal insurance client portfolio.
- Develop and maintain industry relationships.
- Meet assigned production targets by increasing revenues with existing clients
- Keep up to date with follow ups/activities
- Perform various duties as assigned and support other members of the team

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience as a CSR Broker
- Exposure to TAM/Epic is an asset
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication, organization, time management and attention to detail

- Monday to Friday
