Together, we’ll push boundaries and go above what’s expected of us to meet the challenges of tomorrow and engineer a better world As a Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate and monitor characterization, rehabilitation and environmental monitoring work for our many clients in Earth & Environment Department at CIMA+.You will be in the front-row seat to interact with the various clients, whether on internal multidisciplinary projects or with external clients. You will benefit from the support of professionals of all levels, you will be playing a technical role at all stages of the implementation process, and you will participate in the growth of the Environment sector team.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee mandates and environmental assessment studies for phases I, II, and III and environmental rehabilitationsSupervise rehabilitation and characterization projects involving internal and external resources and ensure collaboration between clients, government authorities, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, laboratories, etc.Carry out occasional field workCollect data, interpret results and make recommendations related to the mandateManage project budgets and timelinesWrite or review technical reportsParticipate in business development through service proposals, and coordinate the activities of technicians and professionals involved in projectsQualificationsUniversity Diploma in Geological, Civil, Geology Engineering or equivalentA minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in environmental characterization and rehabilitationKnowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, guides, guidelines, policies and other reference materialsDemonstrated ability to write reports and popularize technical conceptsFluency in oral and written French: excellent writing skills in FrenchCompleted health and safety training on construction sites (ASP Construction Card)Agility to evolve in multidisciplinary projectsAt CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective.
