You’ll collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the public to maintain strong relationships and smooth operations. Throughout the day, you manage change order processes—pricing, processing, and assessing their impact on cost and schedule. Planning and updating work schedules, coordinating construction activities, and overseeing quality assurance and control are key tasks to ensure compliance with contract requirements. You’ll also maintain accurate plans, specifications, cost estimates, and subcontractor reports, making sure the latest versions are distributed promptly. Monitoring project costs and coding procedures is essential, and you may assist with estimating and bidding for upcoming projects. Each responsibility contributes to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
