In this fast-paced department, the primary responsibilities involved in this role include cash application in SAP. The incumbent will also be required to assist with various tasks related to general accounting, accounts payable and receivable, as well as the month end close, and quarterly and annual audits.What you’re responsible for:Process payments received (Wires) from customers against open invoices in SAPPrepare bank reconciliation on a daily and a monthly basisPerform customer account adjustment posting per Credit requestPerform accounting clearing with Bank ReconciliationAssist with month-end closing activitiesAssist in internal and external auditsAd hoc reports as requiredResolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presenceWhat you bring to the table:University degree or College equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce or Accounting preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial dataAbility to maintain confidentialityDeadline-driven with excellent time management abilityLet's Talk Perks:The starting salary for this role begins at $55,000 and tops the range at $60,000, plus a 10% bonus.
