The Bruce Power Student Program gives you the chance to apply your academic education and continue to build new skills within the nuclear industry.As part of your work term, you’ll have an opportunity to participate in a series of professional developmental workshops and to learn from Bruce Power leaders, all while acquiring essential work experience to help launch your new career.All Bruce Power (Tiverton Site) student opportunities for the May 2026 academic work terms are targeting in person placements. ** Ability to Travel to Site will be Required**.Available Work Terms: 4-months, 8-months and 12-month placements (see application for details)Key Responsibilities:Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to optimize efficiency and report quality Help prioritize business and reporting requirements Develop analysis and reports to drive process improvementsCreate dashboards using Power BISupport initiatives for data integrity and normalizationSolve difficult, non-routine analytical problems, applying advanced analytical methodsUse statistical modelling including linear regression, probability distributions and forecastingDevelop risk quantification and management models based on a variety of internal and external risks to the organization.Participate in driving business results and outcomes in specific work streams.influence maintenance programs by calculating equipment failure ratesmodelling and forecasting parts and material demands from all key stakeholdersOther duties as requiredWe seek students that:Have a strong understanding of safety in the workplacePossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and planning abilitiesAdvanced computer and analytical skillsDemonstrates strong learning agility and self-motivationSolid academic performance with a equivalent to or higherCurrent post-secondary studies in one of the following programs and will return to school upon completion of their work term:Bachelor of MathematicsBachelor of Science or Computer ScienceBachelor of Computer EngineeringBusiness System AnalysisMaster of Science (Business Analytics)Why should you consider a co-op term at Bruce Power?
