What You Will Do Build relationships with potential customers by developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying their needs Provide friendly and accurate customer service including support with insurance inquiries, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions Ability to meet sales goals and promote our products Contribute to marketing initiatives and work closely with the agent to achieve business goals What You Bring • Experience in sales is an asset whether it is outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing• A proven ability to meet sales goals is preferred• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• A proactive approach to solving problems and supporting customers• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service• Ability to handle multiple priorities• Confidence presenting to potential customers• Property and Casualty license and Life License is preferred or the ability to obtain one Compensation: $40,000K to $65,000K plus Commission.
