Autodesk is seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team to help create impactful experiences that drive marketing qualified leads. In this role, you will define and coordinate all aspects of events, from scheduling and vendor management to logistics and guest engagement, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.You will report to the Head of Marketing, Tandem and will work remotely from Montreal.ResponsibilitiesManage events end-to-end, including tradeshows, conferences, summits, customer events and provide support for digital events, as neededEvaluate and prioritize event opportunities with stakeholders maximizing MQL generation and ROICoordinate venues, exhibition spaces, vendors, sponsorships, budgets, timelines, and on-site operations, ensuring consistent brand presence and seamless experiencesCollaborate across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to align on event presence and outcomesDevelop event collateral as needed, maintain event web pages, and uphold brand standardsConduct post-event analysis and retrospectives to measure success and continuous improvementContribute to integrated marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives tied to eventsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field5+ years of experienceStrong B2B events management and formal project management acumenDemonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at varying organisation levelsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsZeal for process and operational excellence, with strong organizational skillsAbility to collaboratively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other technology toolsPreferred bilingual candidates, English and FrenchWillingness to travel as requiredLearn More / Plus d'informationAbout Autodesk / À propos d’AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.
