Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Coordinator role based in Montreal, QC. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing events from start to finish. Daily tasks include coordinating client communications, managing timelines and budgets, liaising with vendors and venues, and ensuring smooth event operations to meet client expectations. The position involves delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining high standards in event delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and client relationship management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
