Find out moreAs an Environmental Programs intern, you will report to the Senior Director, Environmental Programs to assess and manage environmental risk across the company’s real estate portfolio nationally. WHAT YOU WILL DO:Review technical reports to update the environmental management system.Update and maintain technical report archive.Monitor, document and gather progress photos of our projects and third party consultant activities.Assist in the assessment of high-risk tenants by coordinating compliance surveys and underground storage tank (UST) audits.Update and maintain hazardous building material management system.Assist in the preparation of presentations and training materials.WHAT YOU BRING:You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.Demonstrated interest in, environmental investigations, risk and compliance management and real estate.As you will get involved with various projects throughout the GTA, you will need to have both a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.Strong computer skills including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (., Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint.Detailed-oriented with strong documentation skills and ability to gather information and synthesize.OUR APPLICATION PROCESS:Our Summer Internships/Co-Ops are four-month, paid, in-person opportunities commencing on May 4, 2026, and concluding on August 21, 2026.
