**Purpose**:
Osgoode Professional Development (OsgoodePD) is a revenue-generating unit with the broadest range of programs available in Canada for internationally trained lawyers and law graduates. Reporting to the Manager, International Programs, the International Program Assistant plays a key role in serving students in OPD's credit and non-credit, International Programs offerings.

**Education**:
Community college diploma or 2 years of recent experience (defined as within the last three years) working at York University and performing the same or similar tasks in addition to the minimum experience requirement listed below.

**Experience**:
2 years of recent experience in program/student services administration, administrative/secretarial work in a professional service high volume environment, preferably in an academic program setting with a university. Recent experience providing a consistently high level of responsive front-line client service to members of the business/corporate community required. Proven experience in working with details in a consistently accurate, fast, and efficient manner.
