**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Oversee flooring installation, including hardwood, laminate, and tile laying.
- Manage cabinet installation projects, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct plumbing tasks as required for various installations.
- Perform welding duties for structural components as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution effectively.
- Execute concrete finishing tasks with attention to detail for durability and aesthetics.
- Restore existing structures or surfaces as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently during project execution.
- Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in flooring installation, cabinet installation, plumbing, welding, blueprint reading, concrete finishing, restoration, tile laying, and heavy equipment operation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety standards and practices in all aspects of work.
