Positive energy and...Diploma of Collegial Studies in Administration;Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;Experience in construction administration is an asset;Good command of the Office Suite;Excellent command of English grammar;Good organizational skills;Great administrative rigour, attention to detail;Discretion;Multitasking and efficiency.What you will do to complete this mission successfully:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project management team; Tracking internal/external changes to the abbreviated subcontract on the Procore application; Processing of the management team's timesheets; Cost tracking of certain subcontractors; Order office supplies, track inventory and track costs; Event planning (reservations, meals, etc.); Internal follow-up and follow-up with subcontractors in connection with the documentation required for the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for clean technologies; Perform all other administrative tasks.Borea values are part of the energy landscape.
