Our King City store (located at King's Ridge Marketplace) is now hiring a Deli Clerk to join our Deli Department Team

**About Us**

We are committed to providing a truly authentic grocery experience, where customers get exceptional value, great service, and selection of the finest quality food from around the corner and around the world
- Provide customer service at the Deli department counter; receiving customer orders, handling inquiries, etc.
- Prepare, slice, weigh, label and package consumer-sized portions of deli for sale
- Attractively display meats and cheese in the display counter
- Prepare specialty orders
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to sanitation policies
- Additional duties as required

**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience working in customer service is required; experience in a grocery store or a deli department is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused
- Food Handler’s Certification is preferred
- Health and safety orientated with a passion for cleanliness adhering to food, safety and sanitation standards
- Physically fit with strong manual dexterity; comfortable standing, bending, walking and lifting for long periods of time
- Open availability; must be flexible to work all shifts including days, evenings and weekends. Full-time positions available
