We’re looking for a Project Manager based in Toronto with a strong foundation in website design and digital delivery, who can lead web projects end-to-end while working closely with designers, developers, and clients. This role is best suited for someone who understands how websites are actually conceived, designed, built, and evolved—not someone managing timelines in isolation.You’ll own projects from discovery through launch and beyond, translating design and UX thinking into practical execution while guiding internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions.What you’ll doWork directly with clients to define business goals, user needs, and website requirementsTranslate design, UX, and content strategy into clear scopes, timelines, and delivery plansLead and coordinate designers and developers throughout the full website lifecyclePlan, prioritize, and manage deliverables and resources across multiple web projectsOwn the creation and management of:Statements of Work (SOWs) and estimates in collaboration with design and development leadsFunctional requirements, user stories, and development sprintsManage scope and client expectations, including leading weekly status calls on larger projectsOversee internal resourcing, scheduling, and time trackingPlan and execute Personas, Information Architecture, QA, testing, and client training activitiesShare and implement delivery best practices across design and development teamsSupport sales efforts, including solution demos and acting as a CMS subject-matter expertSkills & experience2–4+ years managing website and digital projects, ideally within a digital agencyStrong working knowledge of website design, UX/UI, content strategy, and front-end development workflowsExperience delivering projects using CMS platforms (Kentico and/or WordPress preferred)Ability to speak fluently with designers and developers and translate their work for clientsComfortable managing ambiguity during discovery and early design phasesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with project management tools (JIRA preferred)Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team=We are currently all working remotely 2 days a week and in the Toronto office 3 days a week.
