We’re looking for a Grounds Keeping Manager to oversee our Janitorial, Landscape Maintenance, and Snow Removal divisions with excellence, energy, and pride.This is your chance to take the lead at a company that’s big on growth, client satisfaction, and creating a team culture where people love coming to work.Compensation & Perks:Salary: $100,000–$120,000, based on experience.Company Vehicle & Phone.Comprehensive Benefits Package (after 90 days).RRSP Matching Plan – invest in your future.Fun Company Culture – BBQs, holiday parties, and more.Be part of a reputable, growing company with opportunities to make your mark.What You Bring:5+ years in Property or Facility Management.Expertise in landscape maintenance, janitorial, and snow/ice control.Strong understanding of project costing, safety standards, and contract management.Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.A knack for leadership, quick thinking, and problem-solving under pressure.What You’ll Be Doing:As the Grounds Keeping Manager, you’ll:Oversee daily operations for our janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal teams.Ensure all properties meet top-tier standards – clean, safe, and beautiful.Coordinate with clients, manage contracts, and follow up on service excellence.Build and grow relationships with vendors, sub-trades, and clients.Visit sites regularly, monitor quality, and act swiftly on issues.Build seasonal work schedules and keep the team on track.Coordinate emergency repairs and manage monthly invoicing.Plan and manage snow/ice operations, from plowing to salting.Ensure all sites are safe and fully serviced 24/7.Document pile placements, weather logs, and pre-season client meetings.A Bit More About Us:For more than 30 years, Oakridge Landscape Contractors has been dedicated to creating beautiful landscapes for clients in Southern Ontario.
