Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field (IPC certification is an asset)• Experience: 1-3 years' experience in an SMT or PCB assembly environment is preferred• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SMT/PCB assembly; proficient in soldering, reflow profiling, and specific electronics manufacturing quality standards (IPC-610); ability to read board layouts, Gerber files, and assembly drawings• General Skills: Knowledge of production techniques, standards, quality control principles, and proficient computer skills• Travel: it is very but Must have a valid passport and authorization to travel• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, commitment to high standards of workmanship, and strong interpersonal skillsSummaryTwo easy ways to apply:1.
