You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership. What drives your day-to-day?Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.Welcoming customers and discussing their needsAnswering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phoneDevelop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.Connecting customers to the right auto technicianTest-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed.Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actionsWhat are the must-haves…Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role requiredCDK experience is an assetAutomotive knowledgeProven ability to provide an exceptional customer experienceAbility to set and achieve targeted goalsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many prioritiesDemonstrated communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are notOrganization and follow-up skillsExperience and desire to work with technologyThe Perks.Experience and desire to work with technologyCompetitive Compensation and Benefits PackageEmployee Vehicle Purchase & Service PlansEmployee and Family Assistance ProgramsCompany-wide appreciation events and contests throughout the calendar year Professional development and the opportunity to grow your careerAnd those are just the basics.
