Job Summary : This position will enhance CooperVision's digital presence across websites, social media, paid media, and CRM platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role designs and executes campaigns aligned with brand plans, leveraging SEO/SEM, analytics, and automation tools to maximize ROI. Develops and executes SEO/SEM strategies to optimize web presence and search rankingsManages paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and monitors performance KPIsOversees website content management and enhancements; ensures UX best practicesLeads social media strategy, content creation and engagement trackingImplements marketing automation workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Supports email marketing best practices and deliverability optimization for B2B and B2C communicationsAnalyzes campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and create actionable dashboardsCollaborates cross-functionally to align digital initiatives with brand objectivesMaintains database hygiene and UTM tracking for reportingManages event communication, including invitations to support the sales team with post-event follow-up to nurture leads and maintain strong client connectionsManages external agencies and vendors for digital projectsAssists in reporting on KPIs and ROI of digital initiatives and presents dashboards to leadershipEnsures compliance with CASL, GDPR, and privacy regulationsSupports day-to-day administrative tasks and cross-department coordinationStays current on emerging trends including online advertising, social media, blogging, AI, video and other emerging digital trends and technologiesLiaises with CooperVision Global/Regional partners to ensure Canada’s digital approach is consistent with worldwide/regional strategy and directionDemonstrates thought leadership and challenge conventional wisdom in the digital arenaWorks with the Head of Marketing in accountability for the digital budget - ensures maximum effectiveness for spendTravel Requirements: Travel to attend/present at marketing meetings, company, and industry events may be required– up to 10% of timeKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficient in English; French is an assetExperience with CRM automation tools (SalesForce and/or HubSpot) and email marketing platform (SalesForce Marketing Cloud and/or Marketo)Strong knowledge of social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and content optimizationFamiliarity with social media content managers (Sprout Social, Social Studio and/or HootSuite) and event management system (Cvent)Experience with designing content and graphics (Canva, Adobe)Basic HTML/CSS skills and familiarity with CMS platforms (Drupal preferred)Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting skills; ability to interpret data for decision-makingExcellent communication, project management and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong influencing skills – able to work across the commercial organization to achieve goalsHigh level of ownership, accountability and initiativeWork Environment:Full-time in-office role (Richmond Hill)Normal office environmentExperience:Minimum of five years' experience in a digital marketing role with focus on B2B marketing, SEO, paid media and analyticsPrevious responsibility for website content managementExperience effectively managing and working with external agenciesInvolvement in the design and build of websites and SFMC journeysEducation:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related fieldSuccessful completion of accredited Digital Marketing program, or comparable certified training preferred This posting is to fill a vacant position.For Canadian locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $65,771 and $87,694 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities for other types of compensation and to participate in variable incentive programs which are designed to reward individual and company-wide achievements.
