Our focus is on quality products, reliable service, and building a strong brand presence in a competitive market.Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will help generate leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support sales through targeted marketing efforts tailored to the windows and doors industry.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing:Manage and update website content (products, galleries, case studies, blogs).Coordinate social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn)Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)Track and report campaign performance and lead generation metrics.Sales & Lead Support:Work closely with the sales team to support promotions and campaigns.Help create marketing materials for dealers, builders, and homeowners.Maintain CRM data and ensure proper lead follow-ups.Content & Branding:Create basic marketing content (flyers, brochures, email campaigns, presentations)Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.Collect customer testimonials, project photos, and reviews.Local & Industry Marketing:Coordinate trade show participation, home shows, and local promotions.Assist with dealer marketing support and co-op programs.Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the windows & doors space.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of marketing experience (construction or home improvement industry preferred)Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, Canva, CRM)Strong communication and organizational skills.Basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Preferred: (Nice to Have)Experience in windows, doors, construction, or building materials industry.Basic graphic design or content creation skills.SEO and Google Analytics knowledge.Photography or video content experience for project showcases.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.Hands-on exposure to real marketing campaigns.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Health and Dental Benefits.
