Change Manager

Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Change Manager - Airport to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. This position is for a newly created position.Coordinates the interface with other program controls disciplines and with program delivery with the intent of effectively coordinating change management.Providing oversight and assurance on the application of consistent change management practices within a particular program.Responsible for providing quality control and assurance of change requests and other related change documentation.Responsible for reporting change management information to the program’s Leadership and Executive teams and identifying items for escalation.Responsible for maintaining change management trackers and logs for the program and working with the program delivery team to communicate change decisions.Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with the other change coordinators to implement actions.Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of Airport staff.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:University Degree in project/program management/certification PMP or other certification8 years of relevant experience in change management roles on major infrastructure programs.Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered. Preferred Requirement:Typically, 10 years of professional experience in change management from a program controls perspective in major infrastructure programs.Demonstrable knowledge, understanding, and experience across a variety of program controls disciplines incl. schedule, cost, risk, and scope management.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both verbal and written.Recognized degree in project/program management or related field.PMP, or other project management related certification considered an asset.Additional InformationThis position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week. About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
