This position is based on-site in Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger‑friendly airports in the world. Coordinates the interface with other program controls disciplines and with program delivery with the intent of effectively coordinating change management. Provides oversight and assurance on the application of consistent change management practices within a particular program. Responsible for providing quality control and assurance of change requests and related change documentation. Responsible for reporting change management information to the program’s Leadership and Executive teams and identifying items for escalation. Responsible for maintaining change management trackers and logs for the program and working with the program delivery team to communicate change decisions. Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with other change coordinators to implement actions. Coaches, mentors, and supports the career development of Airport staff. Additional Information This position requires work on‑site/out of the office five days a week. Qualifications Minimum Requirements University degree in project/program management, PMP certification, or other relevant certification. Eight years of relevant experience in change management roles on major infrastructure programs. Preferred Requirements Typically, ten years of professional experience in change management from a program controls perspective in major infrastructure programs. Demonstrable knowledge, understanding, and experience across a variety of program controls disciplines including schedule, cost, risk, and scope management. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written. Recognized degree in project/program management or related field.
