Autonomous Shuttle Attendant

Job descriptionHireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an Autonomous Shuttle Attendant to serve as the real-time, in-person human point of contact for company employee riders at designated areas.This role will include providing badge authentication, hailing vehicles, performing light crowd control and assisting the rider on next steps in the event of a service disruption or emergency.The ideal candidate has expertise in customer service execution, exceptional empathy, patience and a relationship-oriented mindset.Available Shifts:Sunday-Thursday, 11:30AM-8PMFriday-Tuesday, 7:00AM-3:30PMAs an Autonomous Shuttle Attendant, you will:Uphold a safety-centric, inclusive and open-communication culture.Greet passengers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience.Authenticate riders via badge scanners.Hail company vehicles back and forth between locations.Communicate with cross-ops partners via vehicle slack threads.Perform light crowd control.Provide service status communications.Requirements2+ years of experience in customer service, retail or another customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused with a strong commitment to providing a positive experienceAttention to detail and ability to follow protocols accuratelyProactive mindset and resourcefulnessWillingness to work flexible shift hours and locationsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods outsideAbility to lift and carry moderate loadsPreferred Skills:Experience in high-stress situations, including knowledge of de-escalation techniquesBenefits:Pre-tax commuter benefitsEmployer (HireArt) subsidized Healthcare Benefits (Eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of service)Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costsHireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance401k packageCommitment:This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt.
