The ideal candidate is passionate about equipment maintenance within a production environment. Responsibilities: Carry out work orders according to maintenance plan in compliance with GMP guidelines and with all applicable company, federal, and local EH&S regulations, guidelines and policies. Propose modifications to improve equipment reliability and availability. Fill up reporting on carry out actions. Provide technical support to qualification team. Can participate in the training of operators. Keep Calibration Master List updated. Support the team on criticality risk analysis for instruments. Specify instruments and standards suitable for the production process. Provide technical support to qualification team. Can participate in the training of operators Provide technical support and troubleshooting on automation systems such as PLCs, HMIs and field instrumentation. Follow up suppliers. Identify needs of spare parts. Respect all site GMP & EHS rules. Previous work experience in the Robot and Automation, and/or Instrumentation and Control program (442A or 447A) or applicable substitute.
