Your missions :

Calibration Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Calibration Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about equipment maintenance within a production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out work orders according to maintenance plan in compliance with GMP guidelines and with all applicable company, federal, and local EH&S regulations, guidelines and policies.
  • Propose modifications to improve equipment reliability and availability.
  • Fill up reporting on carry out actions. Provide technical support to qualification team.
  • Can participate in the training of operators.
  • Keep Calibration Master List updated.
  • Support the team on criticality risk analysis for instruments.
  • Specify instruments and standards suitable for the production process.
  • Provide technical support to qualification team.
  • Can participate in the training of operators
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting on automation systems such as PLCs, HMIs and field instrumentation.
  • Follow up suppliers.
  • Identify needs of spare parts.
  • Respect all site GMP & EHS rules.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in a Robot and Automation, and/or Instrumentation and Control program (442A or 447A) or applicable substitute.
  • Previous work experience in the Robot and Automation, and/or Instrumentation and Control program (442A or 447A) or applicable substitute.
  • Has strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project)
  • Has knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, ControlLogix/RS Logix, Siemens S7)
  • Has knowledge of HMI programming (FTV, View, RSView32)
  • Has knowledge of various networks (Ethernet/IP, BacNet, ControlNet, Modbus2, RS232)
  • Able to interpret electrical schematics
  • Has excellent problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills
