We invest in our employees by providing industry-leading training, professional development, and opportunities for career growth. Competitive compensation package Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid vacation & RRSP matching program Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Professional development & career growth opportunities Industry-specific training & certifications providedWhat You’ll Do: Operational Leadership & CoordinationEstablish and implement departmental procedures to improve production efficiencyMaintain crew schedules, project assignments, and staffing levels to meet business needsSupport equipment, vehicle, and fleet management, including maintenance approvalsOversee quality control and job site compliance with budget, timelines, and safety standards Team Management & DevelopmentOrganize and schedule employee orientation, onboarding, and training in collaboration with Health & SafetyManage time and attendance records, vacation approvals, and recruitment effortsParticipate in on-call rotations and coordinate after-hours emergency response crews Project Oversight & CommunicationConduct job site visits to ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance requirementsProactively communicate project updates and concerns with key stakeholdersCollaborate across departments to ensure timely project completion Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure job sites maintain safety standards and compliance with regulationsConduct hazard assessments and report any unsafe conditionsActively participate in safety training and workplace inspectionsWhat You Bring: High School Diploma/GED required 2+ years of leadership experience in operations, construction, or restoration Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to safeguard client property and information Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle per BELFOR’s Auto PolicyPreferred Qualifications: Post-secondary education in Business, Project Management, or Construction 4+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke, or Mold Remediation Experience with health & safety regulations and WCB compliance Proficiency in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Microsoft Office, and Google SuiteTraining & Development:BELFOR provides comprehensive training on internal processes, industry best practices, and leadership development.
