**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular project meetings to update team members on project status and address any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation and reports as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Appropriate certifications and training records.
- 1 year(s) or more experience in the Building Restoration industry.
- Technical knowledge in Building Sciences, Restoration and Structural Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Knowledge of construction industry best practices, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software as well as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project.
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Works well under pressure
