Primarily operates loader.  Clean equipment, perform routine inspections, provide preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, and report defects to management. Assist with plant operations to ensure plant productivity. Perform additional duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience preferred operating loader. Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations. What Will Help You Succeed:We are looking for individuals with a hardworking attitude, who have working knowledge of tools and mechanics. Individuals must be self-motivated and adaptable to change. Other things that will help you succeed in this role include: A mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different personalities Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to observe proper safety precautions.
