Perform plant inspections, within scope, and report issues to plant operator and/or shift supervisor. Observe and monitor production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations and to identify malfunctions. Operate equipment, within scope, which may include skid steer, man lift, loader, Company vehicles, etc. Pull product samples for quality control and adhere to strict quality control standards. Perform basic plant maintenance duties, within scope. Other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work well on a team, or independently. What Will Help You Succeed:We are looking for safety focused individuals with a hardworking attitude. Individuals must be self-motivated and adaptable to change. Other things that will help you succeed in this role include: A mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different personalities Nice to Have: Previous manufacturing and/or production experience, preferred.
