**Job Summary**

This role requires a strong understanding of logging operations, steep slope and loading processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Loader Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are handled correctly and that the workflow remains uninterrupted.

**Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment such as log loader
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Following strict safety protocols and best practices
- Attending safety trainings and site meetings
- Collaborate with team members
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Complete daily Timecards
- Document accurately and report any discrepancies.

**Skills**
- Minimum 2 Years Experience Hoe Chucking & Log Loader operating
- Proficient in loading and unloading materials using heavy equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.

Pay: From $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
