Job Title: System Performance Analyst Location: Montreal, Quebec Duration: 6 Months Description: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, focusing on managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure and systems. This role involves working on automation, system performance, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Power BI, Windows Powershell, and MySQL. Experience in automation scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting. Strong skills in system performance testing and engineering. Excellent stakeholder management and client expectation management abilities. 8-10 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with SQL queries, including joins and query optimization. Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development with diverse data sources. Knowledge of Windows Performance, troubleshooting, application upgrades, and patching. Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in scrum calls. Team leadership experience, managing sprints and deliverables. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead shift-left and desktop release management projects. Automate processes, execute tasks, and report on findings. Conduct system performance testing and engineering. Manage client expectations and gather performance engineering requirements.
