Location: Montreal, Quebec Duration: 06 Months Experience Required: 10 Years Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations support and a deep understanding of various technologies and systems. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in an operations support role. Strong knowledge of HTTP, SQL, databases, and general data transfer technologies. Comfortable with system administration of Unix, Linux, and Windows infrastructure applications. Proficient in scripting operational administration tasks using Java, PowerShell, Python (preferred), Perl, Shell Scripting, or other languages. Experience in troubleshooting complex issues related to network, databases, storage, security, and operating systems. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations. Experience in incident and problem management. Availability for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide operational support and troubleshooting for various systems and technologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient incident and problem management.
