Our head office houses Tolko’s corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement, and Human Resources. This is an on-site position, and remote work is not currently available. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in customer service and systems analysis in an analyst role or equivalent. Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP technologies (Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, SAP). Methodologies: Strong knowledge of ITIL procedures (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Business Acumen: Broad understanding of finance, work management, inventory, order-to-cash, and customer relationship processes. Analytical Skills: Ability to create process maps, use cases, system flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise applications. Lead incident root cause analysis and support ITIL-based change management. Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other corporate functions. Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis and process mapping.
