Your RoleActively participate in developing and implementing communication strategies across the Financial Markets Operations sectorSupport FMO sectors in creating, deploying, and updating content that promotes employee learning and developmentParticipate in onboarding training for new employees, follow up on identified training programs, and gather information and data to continuously improve the onboarding processActively contribute to the development, delivery, and maintenance of various learning and development activities such as workshops, lunch-and-learns, key competencies development, and individual coachingSupport operational teams with an effective change management approach tailored to the specific needs of our partners  Your team  Within the Cross-functional Activities sector of Financial Markets Operations, you are part of a team of two senior advisors and report to the Senior Director. The roles and responsibilities of the team aim to create value for all Financial Markets Operations, which comprises about 450 employees. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility in your work to enhance your quality of life. OR any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent Experience in communications and or communication strategies Experience in training, learning and development and or content development Good presentation skills; both written and verbal Proven change management skills Demonstrated influential leadership with a management team Knowledge of financial markets and wealth management is an asset Languages: English, French Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
