As such, your organizational and team collaboration skills will ensure a synergistic relationship between Service and Administration. Ultimately, your hands-on approach will be foundational to ensuring exceptional customer care and operational success.Regional Manager: East Coast BranchesJob Type: Full Time, PermanentLocation: Halifax, NS. The role is primarily based out of our Halifax office. However, the successful candidate will be required to travel to our offices in PEI, NB, and NLFD on an as-needed basis to support operational needs.Start date: To be discussed with successful candidateWork Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday), averaging 40 hours per weekSalary Expectations: $60,000 CAD/annually + Annual discretionary bonusPosition Summary - Responsibilities:As a Regional Manager, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner for all Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland & Labrador offices:Manage and oversee the routes, service managers, sales team, and administrative team.Manage and oversee the hiring, training, evaluating and firing of technicians.Manage and oversee inventory and payments; including ordering equipment, inventory, transferring to the warehouse & technicians in pestpac and reconciling inventory in Pestpac.Manage and oversee the vehicle fleet (leased, rented and purchased); determine when vehicles are due for service/oil changes.Monitor the quality of sales and services, which may include riding along with technicians, as well as online reviews and the reputation of the business.Ensure services are completed within their service cycle and take active steps to avoid service delays due to a lack of technician availability.Ensure the branch is following all rules and regulations, including the proper insurance, licensing, stickers and paperwork.Ensure technicians are entering in detailed, thorough, and proper notes in Pestpac and entering in inventory correctly for each service.Ensure technicians have all the necessary equipment and products to effectively perform services.Ensure technicians are keeping their vehicles neat, tidy, and clean.Maintain good relationships with distributors, be knowledgeable in communicating our existing product information and application as well research new products and industry trends.Effectively deal with escalated customer service issues; Contact any google reviews that are less than 5 stars and work with the client to turn their experience into a 5 star experience.Attend all required meetings, including sales meetings and frequent meetings with other Branch Managers.Organize the housing accommodations for all student technicians.Maintain a positive attitude and work dynamic for the entire team.
