We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way – responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.   Reporting to the Data Center Technical Lead, the Senior Data Center Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical compute infrastructure in our data center.We have grown substantially since 2019, from our inception in Australia to now having several facilities across North America and being listed on NASDAQ… and we are just getting started By joining us, you will be contributing to the future of sustainable high-performance compute and the local communities we strive to have a positive impact on.   Job Requirements3–5 years of hands-on experience in data center and high-performance computing environmentsDiploma, degree, or recognized certification in Information Technology or a closely related field is required. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CDCP, CCNA are an advantageAbility to understand and assist in diagnosing complex issues related to high-performance computing environmentsFamiliarity with monitoring tools, remote system management, and infrastructure automation frameworksPrior experience with command-line interfaces (CLI), particularly in Linux environmentsMeticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized operating proceduresProven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, supporting the effective operation of people and systems across multiple data center sitesA mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellenceStrong personal integrity, openness, and professional honestyAbility to develop innovative, practical solutions to technical challengesExcellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skillsClear and effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levelsA team player with a strong willingness to contribute beyond defined responsibilities and work across departments when neededThis role requires availability for a rotational shift schedule including day, night, and weekend coverage. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight and maintaining productivity during off-peak hours.
