This includes course preparation, teaching and guiding students, providing feedback, correction, encouragement, and direction. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Nursing, a current practicing license with the Nursing regulator college (CRNBC), and current CPR certificate along with a minimum of 5 years clinical practice experience and teaching experience. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree will be considered with a combination of education and experience. Successful candidates will be adaptable, flexible and comfortable with change and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
