Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and change direction quickly when needed. Ability to utilize strong project management experience and act as a change leader to direct all functions within the Total Rewards team. Your Experience: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent. Minimum 10 years’ of progressively senior experience in HR total reward related roles. Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRL) designation is an asset with in-depth understanding of the global talent market and standards to establish and maintain the enterprise total compensation & benefits programs and policies.
