You observe strict deadlines and hold yourself accountable for your deliverables.Collaborative Team Player: You are motivated by collaborative team task achievement and driving a results-oriented culture.What You'll Be DoingLead and coordinate all sanitation and janitorial functions, including Clean In Place (CIP) equipment cleaning, pot washing, and general facility and office cleaning tasks.Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP) policies and procedures.Train new sanitation personnel on proper chemical usage, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and safe handling of sanitation tools and equipment.Operate and maintain various cleaning machines such as floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, vacuum systems, and pressure washers; forklift experience is considered an asset.Work collaboratively with team members by providing guidance, support, and oversight while maintaining accountability, attendance, and excellence in performance.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements with minimal supervision.Maintain clear and professional communication through Google Chat, Slack, and other relevant platforms.Comfortable working in cold rooms, refrigerators, and environments with varying temperatures.What We Are Looking ForMinimum of 1 year of experience in sanitation or janitorial work, ideally within food preparation, warehousing, or high-volume production environments.Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate, support, and positively influence team members.Willing and able to perform hands-on cleaning, dishwashing, and related duties while providing guidance to others.Familiarity with food safety standards and protocols, including GMP, HACCP, SSOPs, and safe chemical usage.Competent in basic computer applications such as Google Sheets, Excel, and team communication platforms.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).What You Can ExpectHourly Wage: $21.78 per hour.Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.Career growth opportunities. Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days.Exclusive food perks that let you experience our amazing products.Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
