You observe strict deadlines and hold yourself accountable for your deliverables.Collaborative Team Player: You are motivated by collaborative team task achievement and driving a results-oriented culture.Adaptable: You thrive in a changing environment and are able to pivot direction easily.What You'll Be Doing Maintain cleanliness of production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and facility grounds.Follow cleaning and sanitation checklists and schedules.Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers) and report malfunctions.Perform sanitation of food processing equipment, tools, and utensils according to regulatory standards.Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company policies.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.Adhere to PPE requirements, including gloves, hair and beard nets, smocks, etc.Work in varying temperature environments, including cold, hot, and humid conditions.Complete additional general tasks as assigned to support facility operations.What We Are Looking For This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on diverse cleaning and sanitation tasks as needed to support facility operations.Previous experience in janitorial, sanitation, or facility maintenance, preferably in a food production setting.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.Strong commitment to workplace safety and food hygiene.What You Can Expect Hourly Wage: $20.96.Schedule: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (37.5 hours per week).
