In this role you will coordinate schedules, issues, communications, meetings, and learn configuration best practices for the Government of Canada. It will be your role to ensure the project framework is well-organized and running smoothly. This can include communicating with internal departments, and external stakeholders and being highly organized to keep project work on-time and of high quality. Please note, this position has an onsite requirement. What you’ll do: Attend meetings related to various projects and software implementations; take minutes from meetings to keep accord records of project progress. Monitor project progress and create status reports for project teams and intended stakeholders. Compose communications for clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Organize and maintain a database of relevant client information. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Update existing data. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Conduct configuration requests including testing and go-live readiness. What we're looking for: New graduates in Administration, Human Resources, Business, Programming, QA, or other relevant fields are welcome to apply Relevant work experience considered in lieu of education. Technical aptitude, the ability to understand, learn and work with new software and technology. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingualism is mandatory). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
