Job Title: SRE Dynatrace Specialist Location: Toronto, ON Duration: 4 Months Introduction We are seeking a skilled professional to join our DevOps and Automation team. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and observability of large-scale, distributed systems using Dynatrace. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance our systems' efficiency and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of direct experience with Dynatrace tool Proficiency in full orchestration of Dynatrace, including infrastructure, synthetic monitoring, RUM, OS, DB, and incident management Strong knowledge of integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow Experience with leveraging Dynatrace Davis AI to its full potential Understanding of SRE golden signals and setting up alerts/thresholds according to SLO/SLI/SLAs Proficiency with Dynatrace DQL Preferred Skills & Qualifications Former experience in the financial industry Technical degree preferred Dynatrace certifications (Certified Associate or Certified Professional) Day-to-Day Responsibilities Monitor application flow to identify and resolve anomalies Utilize Dynatrace for enhanced reporting on critical transactions Ensure the reliability, performance, and accuracy of business-level dashboards Configure and maintain Dynatrace OneAgents, ActiveGate, dashboards, synthetic monitoring, RUM, and distributed tracing Develop custom alerting rules and service-level dashboards aligned with SLOs/SLIs Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and incident management tools Perform root cause analysis and drive long-term remediation strategies Establish service-level objectives and reliability standards for critical systems Develop internal best practices for monitoring, tracing, and performance engineering Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible hybrid work schedule For immediate consideration, please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
