Job Offer – Fireproofing Laborer (Senior Applicator of Sprayed Cement Products) Mongrain, a company recognized since 1955 for its expertise in building envelopes and fire protection, is seeking a Fireproofing Laborer to join its dynamic team. This opportunity is for you Main Responsibilities: • Apply sprayed cementitious fireproofing products to various structures in accordance with industry standards. • Ensure surface preparation prior to application and ensure proper product adhesion. • Comply with applicable safety procedures and the technical requirements of each project. • Collaborate with the field team to ensure the quality and efficiency of work. • Contribute to the management materials and maintenance of the equipment used. Required profile: • Experience : Minimum of  5 years  experience in the application of sprayed cementitious fireproofing products. • Technical skills : Expertise in the application of fireproofing products and in-depth knowledge of the equipment used in this type of intervention. • Team spirit : Ability to work effectively within a team and respect deadlines. • Attention to detail : Sense of a job well done, concern for quality and compliance with safety standards. • Certifications : CCQ card and mandatory Health and Safety card.
