Our culture has been shaped by the passion and integrity of our people. Join Home Trust as a Deposit Administrator, reporting to the Manager, Deposit Operations, and be part of our talented and growing team About the role: The Deposit Administrator has thorough product knowledge and can process complex scenarios/cases. The Deposit Administrator ensures all processing complies with HTC and AML standards while providing exceptional service to all customers, including Oaken Financial and deposit brokers. This includes handling incoming and outgoing calls, communication, and correspondence with clients and brokers, performing account set-ups, maturities, transfers, and payment processing, and clearing and settlement activities for GICs originated by deposit brokers and direct clients. The ideal candidate needs to be very organized with a strong customer focus and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
