What You Will Bring
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within HR or Compensation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables) and comfort working with large datasets; PowerPoint and Word skills required.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends; curious and eager to understand the "why" behind the numbers.
- Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.
