Ready for a career glowup? As Assistant Manager, Loyalty Sampling & Promotions, youll shape and elevate the Beauty Insider Rewards Bazaar program. The work you do will impact beauty as you guide its strategic direction, execute memorable reward experiences, and drive loyalty through innovative sampling and promotions.Youll be part of a team thats united in beauty, collaborating closely with partners who share your passion for delivering exceptional Beauty Insider moments. Youll manage the endtoend execution of the Rewards Bazaardeveloping reward strategies, coordinating monthly assortments, and finding fresh ways to surprise and delight clients across instore and online experiences. Working with North American teams, youll execute, analyze, and calendarize local initiatives that strengthen engagement.Fastpaced and detaildriven, this role calls for strategic thinking, strong crossfunctional collaboration, and the ability to juggle competing prioritiesall in service of elevating the Beauty Insider experience.What Youll Do:Beauty Insider Rewards Bazaar Strategy & Execution:Lead the Rewards Bazaar program for Canada, shaping compelling rewards and driving strategy for local initiativesReview Rewards Bazaar performance in depth and share clear, actionable insights across crossfunctional teamsPartner with management and key stakeholders to identify and recommend strategic enhancements to loyalty sampling offersRepresent the Rewards Bazaar across internal and crossfunctional forums, ensuring alignment with Marketing, Logistics, Analytics, and more; work closely with the Manager, Loyalty to deliver a bestinclass client experience across rewards and partnership offersEnsure seamless execution of all Rewards Bazaar and Beauty Insider marketing across online and instore touchpointsAct as the central point of communication between Sephora, brand partners, and Distribution Centers for sampling POs, inventory tracking, and allocation for loyalty sampling initiativesServe as Canadas subject matter expert on loyalty sampling tools, capabilities, and enhancements in collaboration with crossfunctional partnersPromotional Execution:Act as Canadas subject matter expert for all leveraged and local point promotions, supporting the full lifecycle from ideation and playbooks to QA, setup, and reportingCollaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Tech, Stores, and US teams to ensure flawless execution of every leveraged and local point promotionSupport robust performance reporting with accurate forecasting and hindsighting in partnership with Analytics and leadershipProvide thought leadership and strategic recommendations for building and calendarizing local promotional opportunities for CanadaWhat Youll Bring:3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, marketing, or account managementStrong technical skills across MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Ziflow (or similar QA proofing platforms), and TableauExceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracyAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and
