As a Research Manager , you will help drive the future of loyalty through survey design, analysis, insights, report-writing, and ensuring quality of execution and deliverables. Responsibilities Develop, plan and manage the project critical path and timeline to meet delivery deadlines. Perform quality assurance checks at all steps of the study to meet company standards. Collaborate with senior researchers in the design, development, execution and reporting of marketing research studies aligned with client objectives. Identify and communicate client-relevant insights and actionable recommendations from data. Manage project schedule, budget, scope, and changes; oversee objectives and outcomes. Own projects to meet company and client quality standards for study delivery. Provide leadership to project team members to meet client objectives. Lead end-to-end research initiatives with a strong focus on quantitative methodologies (survey design, data analysis, statistical modeling) and, where appropriate, incorporating qualitative approaches to deliver actionable insights. Represent Bond Brand Loyalty in client and supplier interactions. Stay abreast of industry and sector trends. Your Background Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. 3-5+ years of proven experience in a Marketing Research role, with knowledge of customer engagement and loyalty programs. Solid background in research methods, data analysis, and strategic thinking; budget management and critical path planning. Proven experience leading end-to-end research initiatives, specialized in quantitative methodologies with applied qualitative knowledge. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., SPSS); solid foundation in mathematics or statistics. Demonstrated ability to excel in a client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain positive relationships and lead cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver accurate work on deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools such as MS Dynamics. Exceptional listening, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Why Bond?
