Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze historical data, processing capabilities and incoming supply to forecast demand and manage inventory levels. Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory levels. Perform audits, reconcile discrepancies, and manage inventory across warehouses (including transfers). Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics to manage supplier relationships, lead times, and product flow from acquisition to delivery/storage. System & Process Improvement: Utilize inventory software (ERP/WMS), identify inefficiencies, recommend process enhancements, and support system testing. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on inventory performance, KPIs, and issues to management ensuring accuracy of backend data. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Software, ERP systems, MS Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, forecasting, and statistical analysis abilities. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally. Materials Management Experience: Requires a knowledge of inventory management and transportation/logistics principles and theories. Proven understanding and implementation of the practical aspects of materials management operations and processes and operational impact of material control on user groups.
