You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and be located on-site at our Peterborough, Ontario, facility. Key Responsibilities: Detailed planning for manufacturing activities related to project deliveries Coordinate tasks related to preparation for manufacturing activities ( ordering of tooling, fixturing, consumables) Identify and lead continuous improvement plans in the manufacturing operation Help implement manufacturing activities on customer projects by providing technical input/oversight on planned tasks Lead the manufacturing team members through emergent technical challenges, including the assessment and dispositioning of manufacturing non-conformances Qualifications: Bachelor in engineering required Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment Experience with manufacturing techniques, welding procedures or specifications and associated inspection techniques. Experience working in a team environment. We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
