You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and be located on-site at our Peterborough, Ontario, facility.Key ResponsibilitiesDetailed planning for manufacturing activities related to project deliveriesCoordinate tasks related to preparation for manufacturing activities (e.g. ordering of tooling, fixturing, consumables)Identify and lead continuous improvement plans in the manufacturing operationHelp implement manufacturing activities on customer projects by providing technical input/oversight on planned tasksLead the manufacturing team members through emergent technical challenges, including the assessment and dispositioning of manufacturing non-conformancesQualificationsBachelor in engineering requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environmentExperience with manufacturing techniques, welding procedures or specifications and associated inspection techniquesExperience working in a team environmentWhy Westinghouse?Westinghouse is a firm believer in fostering a workplace that is powered by inclusive leaders, teams and culture.
