Licensed Insurance Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member $50-$75,000 per year Location: London, ON Type: Full Time Position Overview A successful Desjardins Agent is growing their team and is looking for a driven, licensed Insurance Professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering an outstanding client experience. What You Will Do Generate leads, uncover client needs, and provide tailored home and auto insurance solutions Build trust through value based conversations and personalized service Respond to client inquiries related to coverage, claims, and billing with accuracy and care Process policy changes and updates efficiently Collaborate closely with the Agent to achieve individual and office sales goals Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive customer experience What You Bring Valid OTL or RIBO license Sales or client service experience, preferably in an outside sales environment Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confidence in presenting solutions to clients A proactive mindset with strong problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized A genuine passion for customer service What We Offer Competitive base salary based on experience Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential Paid training and licensing fees Supportive and positive team environment Annual bonus opportunities Paid vacation to be negotiated based on experience This role offers a rewarding career path with a respected brand, ongoing development, and the opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.
